A Morning in the Life

School Mornings

I’ve been experimenting with some cross-over blog/social media/picture posts. I usually post this sort of thing on the FB page and Twitter, but hey….anything for a buck, right? Wait…who am I kidding? No bucks here, there, or anywhere ;-).

  1. I had to laugh out loud. Yes! Every single day for YEARS. Then when we finally get in the car the child starts to talk about college. Then I wonder, “who will wake her up when I’m not there?” She could sleep through air horns, leaf blowers, and earthquakes. Sigh.

    1. Ha! Funny you should mention air horns…I’ve had a running fantasy involving waking my near teen with an air horn before the sun comes up in retaliation for the months and months and months he woke before 5 am when he was young.
