Now for Something a Little Different?

The last time I launched a book, I forgot to tell you all until it was already out there gathering dust.

Guess what? I’m launching a book!

Though my last two books were centered on my experiences living abroad, This is a Love Song is focused on life after fifty — the good, the bad, and the saggy.

I took all my messy feelings about aging–my body, my relationships, how the world around me has changed and is changing, and channelled them into this book. It’s a mixtape of topics and styles, everything from menopause to Dolly Parton, birthday cakes, death, and an imagined zombie apocalypse.

This is a Love Song will be available in paperback on December 1st. Kindle and other eBooks are available now for pre-order. (Pre-orders are a great way to generate interest, especially for small press authors like me.)
